Experience mind-body unity with our hatha-based yoga instruction, taught by certified yoga instructors. Changing rooms, yoga mats and lockers are available for your convenience. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach, and to consult your physician prior to commencing yoga or any other new fitness/wellness program. Class size is limited and registration is on a first come, first served basis. Yoga sessions range from 4 to 8 weeks and consist of 1.25 hours weekly.
Prior to registration, please complete a confidential, Personal History Form (available through Wind-n-Sea) and return it to Wind-n-Sea before attending sessions. Drop ins are welcome, and should call ahead to be certain space is available in the desired class.
