Windnseaspa.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $100 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $100, there is a delivery charge of $2.95 for Ground or $3.95 for Expedited Shipping (lower U.S. 48 states and APO/FPO destinations only)

Return by Mail

We will gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Only exchanges will be accepted on Blinc, Microplane and Vineyard Grape in the event the product is defective or damaged. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Return shipping and handling fees are the expense of our customers. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the simple instructions below:

1. Place the unused item in its original condition and a copy of the original packaging to ship your product.
2. Indicate on your receipt if the product is used or unused and the reason for return.

Return Refunds and Credits

We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card* for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. After the 30 days have passed, you will receive your refund of your choice in the form of an online store credit or spa credit to your account. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of an online store credit or credit for spa services. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.

Returning an Order to us in person

Visit the spa and return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that you bring the enclosed Packing Slip that was included in the original package along with the item that you wish to return.
